General Sales Conditions

Article 1 : Our offline offering

Our activity is the road public transport of passengers, individuals and professionals. The transport can be in daylight as well as at night, whatever the number of people up to limit of 8 per vehicle, as well as all services associated with organisation and support, tours or packages.
Our head office is the Destination Management Company Slice of France registred with ATOUT France under the tourist licence number IM007110006.
Our company is also subject to the obligations of the DREAL. It is entered in the travellers registrer under the licence number 2011/82/0001514.

Article 2 : Booking of all services
2.1 Booking
Whatever the type of booking, the customer will have to provide the following mandatory information:

Information about the customer: family name and name, phone number, email ID and residence address.
Details of all services: date, place of departure and arrival, number of passengers, luggages or not, train reference number or arriving flight or destination.

2.1.1 Online pre-booking
The booking should not be logged later than 24 hours before the start of each service. It is to be noted that no pre-booking will be taken for granted until written confirmation from Transport SoF. The online pre-bookings can be registred by email or any forms from partner sites.

2.1.2 Booking by phone
The booking should not be logged later than 24 hours before departure.
For any booking below that limit, the company  la société reserves the right to refuse all services. It is to be noted that no pre-booking will be taken for granted until written confirmation from Transport SoF.

2.2 Prices - Payment terms
2.2.1 Determination of price
Our company works in the form of all inclusive package including transport, fuel costs and any possible highways tolls, parking and waiting time of no more than 1 hour with no extra costs.

The driver reserves the right to increase the rate in agreement with managers of the company, Le chauffeur se réserve donc le droit d'augmenter le tarif en accord avec les responsables de la société, with an invoice in the limit of 50€ per additional waiting time.

2.2.2 Payment methods
Booked services from the customer should be settled in euros, online or directly with the driver after the service.
The following payment methods are accepted:

Credit cards via the website PAYPAL before the services (Credit Card, Visa, Eurocard MasterCard).
Cheques: only upon presentation of the ID card, or sending it by mail at the address LE ROURE DU PRAT - 07150 ORGNAC L'AVEN which is payable to EURL SLICE OF FRANCE.

The booking will be deemed to be accepted only validation of the payment.

2.2.3 Areas for intervention 
Our guaranteed services that we propose you at the threshold mentioned points on our website and in an area of 15kms.
For any request of booking outside perimeter, we will study the request from case to case.

2.3 Cancellation conditions
In the event of cancellation by the customer in the case of payment made, the following fees are billed:
The same day: the entire amount of the service will be billed totalité.
24 hours before the beginning of the service: 50% of the entire amount of the service will be billed.
48 hours before the beginning of the service: 25% of the entire amount of the service will be billed.

2.4 Changes
Last minute changes do not necessarily have to be taken into account for the purposes of opportunities and can lead to cancellation fees.

2.5 Bill
A pre-booking voucher will send by email, directly via the website. This document must be printed and has to be required the day of the service.
The final invoice will be issued at the request, whatever the amount of this, for the customer by the driver after the service.

Article 3 : Obligations of contracting parties 
The company EURL SLICE OF FRANCE assures to provide the service for the customer, in accordance with the booking and arrangements above.

The customer assures to communicate all necessary information to realize the service.
The customer assures to pay the noticed prices (or more in the case of extras) during his booking via the website or by phone.

Article 4 : Various provisions
Any beverage which is made available in the vehicle should be registred in extras of the service.
There is no right of compensation for any transport delay due to unforeseeable problems with traffic, road closed, diversion, weather, etc...

For any request for specific quote, you should apply by email, by phone or by mail.

Article 5 : Disputes
These general terms and sales conditions are governed by French law.
The Commercial Court in Aubenas has sole competence in the event of any disputes or disagreements.
